What is the best advice someone has ever given you?
The best advice is to follow your dreams, what you feel in your heart and enjoy. Don’t be swayed by other people’s expectations or what other people think you should do.

Even in difficult times, believe and follow your intuition. Even if it seems like you don’t know what to do, a part of you does.

Galileo Galilei, for his ability to challenge the status quo . It is always necessary to have people on your team who have different points of view and the passion to believe in your ideas.

Have you always been clear about your professional objective?
Yes, I always wanted to work in the travel industry, but it took me 8 years to find the path and the opportunity.

What is the most curious app you have on your mobile?
Flightaware, the app that allows you to follow any commercial flight to see its location and information at all times.

What do people assume about you, and don’t they?
People think I’m more outgoing than I really am.

What do you think will be the next revolution in your sector?
Definitely, travel has become more ” experiential “, that is, people not only want to travel to a country but also want to live unique experiences, do activities that give them new experiences and create interesting memories.

What is the last song you heard or remember?
Definitely, “As it was” by Harry Styles. My daughter made me listen to it.

Tell us about a time you screwed up at work…
A few years ago I was offered a promotion to run one of the company’s largest global accounts in terms of volume. As soon as I started in the new position, I realized that I was wrong since the necessary skillset was not what I really wanted to do or what I wanted to focus on.

What do you admire and do not tolerate in a person?
I admire the ability to listen and be open to new ideas and opportunities. Conversely, I have little respect for people who appear to know everything.

What is the bravest decision you have made in your life?
On a professional level, leaving Spain and moving to the US to start from scratch.

What is the first moment you remember in your life?
One of my first memories – I think I was 4 or 5 years old – was when my father took me to the shipyard where he worked and we saw the boats they were building, they were huge boats…
